Review: Very, very good overall information and presentation - I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. As a full-time trainer it is very easy to get into a rut of doing things that you’ve always done because they have shown to be effective. The notion of using exercise not just from metabolic conditioning, Hypertrophy or endurance, but for mobility within the context of the other modalities was very insightful. This book was worth reading simply to get that concept. The exercise examples we’re very insightful as well as helpful. Well rounded information. I recommend this book highly. Review: These books are great - I have found all the books that I have received from this company to be extremely helpful in my workouts being lifting weights to yoga.

Just the good stuff.
I found it very accessible. The science parts were well presented and accurate. The exercise selection was adequate. The biggest downside was the exercise descriptions; just go online to see how to perform them.

Great resource from a great trainer!
As a personal trainer , I have had the please of taking several of Pete’s classes at fitness conferences throughout the years. And I follow him on Instagram. He’s always thinking of and coming up with new ideas and ways to do exercises to make them better. It’s great to have this book now for a resource.

Good drawing material
I like how it shows you how to draw in 3-D. This is the first book that I have seen with instructions like this book. I also like how it shows pictures and not a lot of writing.

Great knowledge within
This book is great. Centered on functional training and provides good detail on the "why". Provides step by step instructions along with pictures of the exercises. If you are interested in improving your quality of life through pain free movement I strongly suggest this book.
