Absolutely beautiful candle. Bought for my wife as a gift. She hasnt burned any of it yet, shes using it as a decoration right now. Quality is very nice. If you have someone who likes candles, this is a great gift. Plus you can buy refills.

Don't listen to the bad reviews. Order with confidence. It smells wonderful. It looks cool. Yes, the wax coil requires a little patience and care to uncoil. Pro tip, apply a hair dryer briefly to soften. The hardest part is after a burn you'll need paper clip or small pocket knife to work the melted bit out of the clip. Did I mention the wonderful smell? We cooked bacon that morning. Usually the aroma linger a day or two (Again, I don't mind that aroma) But, we opened up the candle that afternoon and with an hour, only delicious honey vanilla smells remained. Highly recommend.

Love it, not perfect. I would give 4.5 if i could. Looks great, functions great, NOT ODORLESS (maybe no scent added) but does have a slightly sweet, floral honey smell. I find it very pleasant and more a lite-medium background scent. The candle does not unroll perfectly and i would say ambient temperature will play a big part in how well it unrolls. Go slow, try to make it straight and know in 70° and less it will likely crack as you unroll no matter how careful you are. But that really doesnt seem to matter. I would say, i wish the wick was centered in mine. It seems the wick is closer to the inside of the roll. Maybe its done on purpose but it just makes it burn a little lopsided which may affect burn times. About a inch burned for like 10ish minutes. I really like the design personally and the scent isnt anything for me to complain about. Durability wise the holder definitely seems like it will last.

I love the way this candle and stand look. Very steam punk! The stand is a good quality, antique finish metal. The beeswax smells really good. Not an artificial smell like another reviewer commented. This is a very delicious, natural beeswax smell. Produces a lot of light when lit. No smoke. Clean burning. It’s a delight to have on my desk. The only draw back is trying to uncoil the candle to get it in the clamp. The clamp is very tight. It was a little difficult, but nothing I couldn’t handle. And the biggest issue was the beeswax was not at a room temperature (it was cold) so when I uncoiled it, it broke. You can see in the photo. But even with it broke, it will still burn. I should have waited for it to warm up to room temperature so it would soften and be more pliable. But it was too beautiful, I didn’t want to wait.

I’m generously giving 3 stars because it’s such a cool design and looks great. However, it smells disgusting. My granddaughter told me my house smells like urine. After she said that I did start getting whiffs of what did, in fact, smell like urine. Specifically, rodent urine. I went on a mission to find the source. I finally narrowed down where the smell was emanating from, and from there pinpointed the candle as the source. So freaking gross! I’ve taken the candle to the outside she’d hoping the smell will dissipate and I can bring it back inside. If not, the candle will need to find a new home.

This is a very unique gift for candle lovers! Smells a little strong but very neat setup!
