What is the circumference of the ball when blown up?

When blown up, each exercise ball has about an 8-inch diameter and about a 24-inch circumference. (I used a tape measure to measure the circumference). The balls that I bought are true to the size specified in the online description.

How do you remove needle from handle?

The needle is nestled in a recessed area on the handle. It’s in there pretty snugly. You have to get a fingernail or a tool like tweezers or a screwdriver to get under it and pop it out. Then it will go right back in snugly when you’re done with it.

What level of phthalates is in the final product?

This is a cheap, mass produced, no-name Chinese product. If you're worried about that, you should look elsewhere. There is a good chance that nobody at the manufacturer could answer that and the level probably varies greatly from batch to batch.
