CASE Paris Caramels 108 pieces - Fleur de Sel with Pineau des Charentes- 108 pieces

I brought a package of these caramels back from France this week as a treat for my co-workers without having tried them first. I work for a store that sells caramels with sea salt sprinkled on them and thought these would be fun to try. Oh my gaufrettes! These are so much more amazing. They have a saltiness that runs through the whole eating experience, as opposed to salt sprinkles that individually dissolve away. My co-workers have been haunting me trying to get more, and I want more! The "chemical" taste the other reviewer reported is probably that amazing salty flavor. I am craving more!

Better than the La Maison caramels but still nothing like the ones we found in France. These were good for dipping fresh fruits or caramel sauce for ice cream fixings.

This product had an odd chemical taste that was too hard to ignore.

Not as good or salty as they used to be.
