Listen, you’re not going to get high quality hand-rendered designs with perfect colors with this, but they aren’t terrible. I had one done for each of my pets that I lost in the last year. The colors were a little weird on one of them, but I blame it on the photo I submitted. One thing I absolutely LOVE is that all the drills come in small ziplock baggies with numbers already on them! It was amazing to not have to deal with cutting a bunch of plastic bags open and then either re-bagging them into zip lock bags, finding a way to temporarily seal them, or put them in tiny plastic bins (I’m looking at you, Diamond Art Club). I will totally be purchasing another from this company.

Pleased with the overall quality of this product. The photo came out great, color matching of the diamonds was spot on, a generous supply of diamonds packed in resealable plastic bags, canvas had a great adhesion and diamonds don’t move easily once positioned. I ordered a second personalized kit from this vendor.

Came well packaged and no issues. Picture came out really good will be doing more.

When you click on this site, it AUTOMATICALLY SHOWS "ROUND DRILLS" AS THE SELECTED CHOICER. I have ordered before this with no problem. I ordered again, thinking I was getting round drills. I ordered a 2nd one of the same picture for a friend, it was a picture of her place, so it was a duplicate order. I never questioned it, UNTIL I opened it and found "square drills." They say I selected it. I have never done square drills, I have over 150 DP's, ALL round drills. I belong to a club and hear the great majority hate squares, they are supposed to be much harder to do. On the 24th I did order a small peacock one, out of curitosity to see what square drills were like, never dreaming that the custom one I ordered through here would arrive with squares. I never changed the drills on the 2 custom ones went from round to square. I keep going back in to see what they offer and it is ALWAYS on round drills! I just wanted to make sure I was not imagining things, so I know that is where it was set when I ordered. I do not know what kind of glitch occurred, but something weird happened. My friend is not an experienced DP person so I did not want it to be difficult for her. Hers are squares too because I just clicked to duplicate the order, thinking they were round drills. Maybe they are trying to push square drills because hardly no one wants to do them and they have an over stock. They worked with me or Amazon did, and they have always beend great, and gave me a refund for both DP's. I had already ordered ROUND drills through another company. With this outcome I will use them again, BUT, BE VERY CAREFUL AND DOUBLE/TRIPLE CHECK the kind of drills it shows your custom order is coming with. I will probably be paranoid now. I am done ordering custome DP's!!! I have done several I have almost had to take apart completely and redo. Their colors are all wrong. I just got one, which I worried about doing because it was a snow scene with a lot of white, which I figured they might use various shades, but NO! There is one tiny bag of white and everything else is blue, gray, all sorts of those colors and I mean darker shades, but almost no white. You cannot return them. I am going to buy some white drills on my own and try and create what the picture should look like. I just do not trust them with pictures YOU are familiar with and they are not, though this snow scene was obvious!

I was really hoping with the larger sized canvas, that they would have used more than 25 colors, I think that would have made the colors match up a little better. I love diamond painting and really thought it would be fun turning one of my watercolor paintings into a canvas, I wanted a really big print of it to hang on my wall and thought diamond painting would be pretty epic, and it is, but man the colors are kinda off in places. Her shirt draping is way too uniform and the shades of pink are just off, her skin is less gray and more greenish giving her more of an undead look than usual, the lining around her actual eyes is not at all orange and is a weird selection of colors, the bone mask has some of the same greenish white as her skin which is a very weird look, the eyes on the rest of her are not black and should be, and the shading in her hair is brown instead of blue and black. I think these problems could have been solved it was taken up to 30-35 colors, keep that funky pixelated effect but a closer match to the shading and gradient in the original picture. The kit itself was alright, plenty of drills, and clearly labelled. The film was super thin and kept tearing when I was removing it and came apart in pieces, which was a giant pain to get off without ruining the adhesive. I have a few more pieces of art I wanted to get made into diamond art and I might use this listing again, but I also might look for one with a larger variety of colors per kit.

I have ordered 5 pictures from you all 5 were amazing pictures were exactly what I wanted numbers/letters easy to read enough diamonds so being clumsy as I am and spilling and losing some still had enough to finish when done the pictures were better then I imagined thank you so much for doing suck an amazing job
