battery only lasted about an hour. the lights weren't as bright as others. the picture doesn't do the size justice as it's TINY!! ans the Lights are TINY, the AD leads you to believe it's larger than it actually is. it doesn't have a QUICK CONNECT you have to wire it hot

The unit does not light for ninety minutes only 8 and one of the connector leads to the battery was loose in the beginning so the battery couldn't charge. Took it to the nearest fire inspection company who repaired it but the unit still doesn't work

We put one of these in a basement stairwell to illuminate the escape path in the event of a power outage. It puts out plenty of light for that application, but may not light a large room as well. It has a sleek, low profile and the two lamps are highly adjustable for optimum aiming.Installation was pretty easy, but a little bit of a juggling act. The other style of emergency lights we've installed has a base plate with an electrical connector that powers the fixture when you snap it onto the base plate. This model requires wiring directly from the fixture into the electrical box. I only receied one instead of 2 from the pacakge. Also, it is really hard to me to instal it. Not user friendly. I returned it and asked for refund as it short one item.

Excellent product I ordered a second pair of these two years later not because of any problems with the first pair but because I like them so much - great for power outages - instant on - and they are perfect for my basement garage and hall ways - last at least 4 hrs - and that will get you threw most power outages - or safely get you out of a basement or garage - or provide that emergency light you need till you can get the generator running - excellent to have in a hallway to help get from the bed room to the bathroom or kids rooms during an unexpected outage - must have for any home owner - I have two in my basement one in my garage and one in my main hall way upstairs - Stair wells are also a great place to put these - can last 6+hrs for sure but definitely 4 hrs
