I purchased 3 AHAVA items, they were AHAVA Dead Sea Osmoter Eye Concentrate Serum,Dead Sea Age Control Brightening Anti Fatigue Eye Cream, Time to smooth | Age Control Even Tone Moisturizer | Broad Spectrum.When I would apply the Eye Serum, it burned, and my skin all around my eyes itched really bad, then when I would follow up with the Anti Fatigue Eye cream, it too would burn and itch, also the same happened when I applied the Age Control Cream.This went on for a few weeks, I was hoping it would get better, but it did not. Mine skin has become extremely sensitive, and I was just hoping this would help. Also with the Age Control Cream, this is a really awful smell when applied. It made me feel nauseated. I really did try to give this a fair chance, but they were not good for me. So I have to give this line a bad rating

This product does not do what it advertises to do. I bought 2 tubes directly from Ahava a little while back and it does absolutely nothing. Half the time, you cannot feel the concentrate on your face when it is being applied so you are not sure if there is any or not. . I have had to test it multiple times on my hand prior to use because of this issue. Even when product is used as directed, the dark lines and puffiness do not decrease. All the other products I have tried from this company are wonderful. It is a shame that this one did not live up to its name.

The product is not sealed. I sent the first one back because it looked used (there were crusty white marks all over the roller). The second one came in the same condition. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be sealed or not (I emailed Ahava directly to ask about it but they ignored my email) I’ve received used items too often to feel comfortable using a product that isn’t sealed.
