Celiac Disease Cookbook for the Newly Diagnosed: Guidance and Recipes for an Easy Transition to the Gluten-Free Diet

Love this book! I was diagnosed with Celiac in Sep 19 and this book as been great, the food is amazing! It's a must have for any celiac, even my non celiac family and friends are amazed by how good the food is.

Although I haven't been officially diagnosed with having Celiac Disease, for many years I have had trouble with wheat gluten. I was a little nervous that this cookbook was going to be all about eating lots of meat. I was pleasantly surprised with the vegetarian options. I have tried several recipes from Rebecca Toutant's book with much success. My favorite so far is the Thai Peanut-Quinoa Salad. All I can say is YUM!

Great recipes for the newly diagnosed. I just wish there were more photos.

Purchased as a gift- they love it.

Newly diagnosed with Celiac disease so was looking for cookbooks to gain some inspiration on what I can do for meals now and stumbled on this book. Honestly can't explain how much easier it's been with this book on hand! Has information about the disease, how to sort your kitchen and the recipes are exactly the type of things I was after!!!

This was a great cookbook but unfotunately my daughter is dyslexic and would have preferred more pictures with the recipes as she can visualise things better.

Great book, but shouldn’t be sold to UK market, or should be stated that it uses US measures

Very informative and takes you through step by step.

Lots of good stuff forr the Celiac in the house and tasty enough for the rest of us:)
