Thin and light
These fit pinball my shoes and boots as they are thin and narrow. They are comfortable but give support

Buy these, heel pain gone in moments.
WOW these are wonderful, SUCH GOOD VALUE. So comfortable and well made. My heel pain went away within moments, also these 3/4 length ones are easy to fit in different shoes. I can't believe some companies are charging £30 pounds + for similar product. Save your money and BUY THESE INSTEAD.

Foot support
These are very light, yet they provide good support, particularly for my left foot which has a ganglion under the toe pad area. Good value.

Great help
Was skeptical as the price very cheap , but having been suffering from plants fasciatus for several months I needed something to ease the discomfort . I have a very painful bunion on my left foot which means I need flat soles shoes to stop that from being painful yet flat shoes make the plants fascaitus worse but these insoles have provided amazing relief !! Such a small cost but a great outcome
