Great for relaxing on cold winter nights
Hi,Bought this hot tub in Sept 2020 as something to alleviate the boredom of long Covid evenings.Didnt want to pay for a fancy 'permanent' hot tub as I didnt expect to be able to justify the cost. Also access to my garden is via a gate so would have needed a crane. Didnt like the idea of inflatable units due to the possibility of puncture/pressure loss.This unit has been amazing and easy to erect, run and maintain. I tend to run it at around 34 deg C and boost it to 40 any morning that we plan to use it in the evening. It takes about one hour per half a degree increase in temp.Extra insulation was achieved by purchasing the foam floor tiles from Halfords; these fit the side panels perfectly and sandwitch between the panels and inner liner. Also used them for extra base insulation.We use the tub probably every other night and find it ideal for our needs without breaking the bank.

Very bad quality
Only had this for 1 summer and the plastic came off the tower and after contacting them wouldn’t help or replace the tower without me paying a fortune for it

Worth the money
Very spacious, can easily fit 6 people, good value for money. No more inflatable for us!!!

difficult to keep clear
It may be the design of the filter but I find when you turn the bubble spa feature on any muck in the filter gets washed into the water. It feels like I have a part missing to further cover the filter but do not think I have

Easy to set up.
Set this hot tub up in Boxing Day and used it today for the first time. Absolutely brilliant for the money. Love it!!

Air bladder leaked out the box and told to buy another by mspa.
Poor after sales, hope nothing else goes wrong. Ordered as hard to get in stock and put up after 3 months when ready. Air bladder leaked out the box, flagged to mspa who said as purchase date over 3 months ago need to buy another at 60 quid for a round inflatable, but as integral piece I had too. Disappointing given price paid.
