The elastic band velcro will not stick after a month of usage, it will get folded up while sitting stomach will start to ache, as you tighten it day by day the straps becomes thin, the stiches of elastic bands to the belt wears off as you pull them tight day by day and they become loose, its been only a month of continues usage in daytime..There is no leaflet for how to use and taking care of the product.. Initially it will fit well and u will feel happy as you found a right belt within a month u will regret of purchasing it..that too it is priced more,not worth.
