This is a lovely face mask, but is a bit on the expensive side for what you get, so definitely a special occasion treat rather than applying 2 to 3 times a week as suggested on the Amazon product page! This is the third face mask I’ve tried from Orientana and the most expensive per ml. You get around 4-5 applications from this pack, so works out at £2.24 per application (for 5 application).It is recommended that you apply using a brush, but I didn’t have one available to use with this, so applied with fingertips and sponge. As you can see from the photo it don’t go on quite as smoothly as the photos displayed on the product page! So maybe you do need a brush to get that very smooth even effect...The face mask does feel special and the packaging and delivery system is much better than the other slightly better value ones I’ve tried from this brand. The face mask itself is silky to the touch, feels nice on the skin and has a good concoction of ingredients to help with pore and sebum reduction and moisturising. I do love the colour too as it’s unusual and funky and makes it a bit more fun, especially if you’re a beauty ‘party’ with your friends.The next day after using my skin did actually fell ‘glowy’ and I felt there was a noticeable pore some reduction, as well as my skin feeling very clean, refreshed and soft. I also had no sensitivity to the ingredients, as I can have a problem with that, so another good point.So overall this is a good product that works well, it loses a star from me for value for money though, as it’s a tad on the expensive side for me. The Orientana GLOW FACE MASK BLUE HOTUNIA is a natural and vegan face mask in a squeezy container, the sort you would normally find Caprisun in! It's got about 4 uses from the single container, 5 if you really eek it out, so these work out at around £2-£3 a face mask, which is a little expensive but you pay more for the natural ingredients here.In use, this is just as easy as any other mask, put on, leave for 20-30 minutes, remove with warm water using a sponge. Results are good but nothing special.The instructions say to use 2-3 times a week but that works out a little expensive when you'd need 2-3 packs every 3 weeks. It does become a little clearer reading the advertising as they recommend using different masks on different areas of the face, so you'd buy 3 masks with different stuff in each week.So, yes, fairly good results but as there are a flood of similar masks that are twice as cheap it doesn't get full marks.

If you want to achieve the effect you see in the pictures, where your face is all shimmery and sparkling, you will only get 2 masks out of the pouch and need a wide soft brush to apply the mask. My hubby has oily skin with a lot of pores wide open in the T-zone, so we tried it... twice… that’s all we managed to squeeze out and although it went on lovely ( provided you use a brush) and gave us a whole load of funny pictures we refer to as Smurf ones, we did not notice any improvement as such and hubby said it was a bit tingly in some places. I do believe it does do something, as before we applied the mask, we used a pore cleaning strip which left us with a few gaping holes on the nose wings that were smaller after the mask. At the same time, they would naturally go away the following day usually without any masks, so…. not sure if it was down to it, or not. Anyhow, it works out too expensive and I am not sure it is worth it at the end of the day. Sorry.

This has to be the prettiest face mask I've ever used ... it's just so shimmery and beautiful!I've received the blue one to review which wouldn't be my first choice as I don't have oily skin. In fact my skin is quite dry so a different colour one would be better for me. It does come in a quirky little packet, but it's very small, standing12.5cm high to the top of the lid so I don't think you'll get many applications out of it. But nonetheless I put it on (a little sparingly I have to admit as I want to get a few more applications from it) and I thought it felt a little tingly ....which I like as makes me feel it might be doing something.Anyway rinsed it off and my skin felt smooth and soft but didn't notice any reduction in pore size or see any glow to my skin.I do love the fact that these are animal friendly products and suitable for vegans AND the colour comes from a natural mineral ... very cool ....but it's not cheap.I'd love to try the yellow one as it's more suitable for more mature skin and may get better results but sadly it's not in my budget range right now.Would I recommend? Probably, if only because it's so damned pretty, feels nice to put on, suitable for vegans and 96% totally natural (though not sure what's in the other 4%)..

This is a really nice face mask it's also really pretty I had the blue one for oily skin.You're meant to use a sponge to apply I didn't have one so just used my fingers and it was fine.It comes in a unique little package that reminds me of one of those kids drink packs with the screw lid.Suitable for vegans and though expensive for such a small size felt nice and left my skin feeling refreshedI'd say you get 2/3 applications from this so it doesn't go far for the price.I did like this though and for that reason would use again for a treat perhaps a different colour.

This is a lovely face mask, it smells great and really fresh, kind of cumcumbery! It left mine and my daughters skin glowing and glittery. We felt like magical unicorns according to my daughter & it was gentle on her sensitive skin. There wasn’t much in the pouch though and I’d maybe get one more application if I’m lucky.

I love the beautiful colour of this! and i also love the cooling effect on my skin. Was quite lightweight, although it doesn't look it when in the tube!Absolutely lovely and left my skin feeling clean and soft and i would recommend.Arrived on time and well packaged.
