My older brother passed away last month. My parents and my brothers wanted something that they will cherish forever. Found this item and loved the saying and has my brothers birth stone on it. When the items arrived. I was amazed of the beauty. Brings everything you see on the photo. Basically a do it yourself kit but I would get it professionally done to be safe.The necklace that comes with it, is pretty thin but of course it's more like a female necklace. Guys if you plan on getting this. You can buy a 2mm-3mm stainless steel chain separately and put the charm on it. Looks amazing really.

I bought this necklace for my 10 yr old daughter that wanted the ashes of a loved one. The chain is very cheap and has a sharp part on it that digs into her neck. She has had it one week and the colored heart has now fallen off. What a mess. Now I have to figure out how to transfer the ashes to another necklace. Very disappointed.Seller, if you read this, the customer satisfaction email does not have a working link to contact you.

This necklace is beautiful and all that I had hoped for to wear with a small amount of my husband's ashes. Unfortunately after only a little over 4 months the stone has fallen out. I would just glue it back in if I could find it. I'm so sad that this happened. I had hoped that this would last a long time. It had become a part of me.

Love it it doesn’t come A loose Nor Fade I never took it off since I got it 5 months ago I sleep and shower in it and it still looks the same.. although my love one ashes not in there because I chose not to because I have more then one family member that passed away so when I think of them all I look down at my necklace and Cham with the words saying ((Always in my heart)) and that is so true.

This is an absolutely beautiful product. The only issue I have is the chamber was completely full of liquid, to the point where when I unscrewed the top the liquid started spilling out. I have taken into consideration that it may have been due to condensation due to the current temperatures outside. I left the pendant upside down over night to get it to dry out. I have not yet tested it for durability, as I needed to let it dry. It is intended to hold my Grandpa's ashes.

We finally opened the package and went to fill it up on Fathers Day and to my unfortunate surprise the inscription is not filled in black so you can’t clearly read it. The wording is not filled in at all. The wording is just in silver like the charm. I ordered 2 and one came as pictured and the other did not. I like it but wish both had the black letters and now the return window has closed so I’m stuck with it. I wish I could exchange for another one as pictured.

Bought this for my mom for Christmas as a way for her to carry my dad with her through life. Her favorite color is purple and this was a way for her to carry the love of her life with her. Only complaint would be the color is too dark as opposed to pictures.
