These are great bands for the money. Good quality and the hand grips are awesome. The whole baseball team uses these to warm up and stretch their arms!

I've bought a few resistant bands for myself and my son who plays baseball. I've tried to find some good durable bands because we use them so much to prevent injury. I saw these when i was searching and did some research but i wasn't too convinced because of the price BUT the ones i had previously just broke so i went ahead and bought these.I was actually very surprised on the quality and how durable they are. They have really good resistance to them and a great cover that is around the band. My son and i are very picky on the bands we buy because we're always using them (my son more than me) but he was more impressed than i was. I saw that there are more attachments you can buy and they also have some good workouts on their website. I recommend these if youre looking for some good bands.

These have got to be the best resistance bands I have ever used, I have been using them in my garage gym for the last couple of months with no signs of wear, even in the crazy climate of Texas.

My baseball team uses these for strength and conditioning classes. They are so buttery smooth when working out with them, I had to get a set of my own for my home gym. They have nice consistency when pulling and, like I said, are crazy smooth. I replaced my normal bands for these! Love them!

Received the VPX product and started using it immediately. Easy to use and felt the results within a couple of days. I was having motion issues with my knee and shoulder. Using the VPX made my knee and shoulder feel better. It’s easy to use and store. Would highly recommend this product.
