Excellent restaurant grade thermometer for liquids and drinks. Highly accurate and fast readings with the easy to read/ see gauge markings and indicators for the specified areas of 140-160F. All stainless construction, water proof, and easy to clean. I did notice some minor stuttering of the needle as it ramps up quickly from a low value, but has no effect on the accuracy.

I purchased 2 dozen of these for my Farmers Market vendors to comply with Dept. of Health requirements. They are NSF approved and can be adjusted for accuracy. Plus they give fast readings

Very easy to read for steaming milk. The color coded gauge makes it very simple and no glasses needed to see numbers. the scale is great to see and super simple and easy to use. Very recommended to help you get your temps right and help you to "feel" the right temp on a consistent basis. We did calibrate it to check temps and it is so close that it would never matter. Very good product.

Was misled and bought the small one, cause it was labeled as the Commercial version. somewhat disappointed, the read out is very small ,hard to read and would not work for what I wanted it for. I got refunded and purchased the bigger version which is much better, easy to read and fairly accurate. The title of the Large one should be labeled as the Commercial version. Its much closer to the ones you see in places like Starbucks.

Purchased this for more consistent results when steaming milk. The dial is easy to read and the grey markings at the 140 degree point is very helpful especially at 4:30 am when I’m preparing lattes or cappuccino. Reaction time seems to be quick enough. The clip on the probe is also quite helpful for freeing up a hand to manipulate steam control.

The size it’s perfect for me to read it, the accuracy it’s much better than others, but you can calibrate it, so that is good for me

Falsely advertised as having been made somewhere else than China. It worked at first, which is why I didn't return it, but it didn't work for long.

I ordered this product in 2020. I have used it maybe 4 times .the temperature is off by about 30 degrees I have checked with another thermometer . Yet there is no option to return the item or replace .it must not have any kind of warranty

Perfect size for the milk jug for most home coffee makers. Clips onto the jug so no juggling as you warm up and stretch the milk. Appears very accurate temperature and the dial display is very clear and easy to read. A must have for any budding barista

Just like I used to use at the coffee shop. the face is large and easy to read. the grey zone from 140 to 160 is a nice quick visual guide so you can tell at a glance how much time you have left before stopping the steam.

Install through the wall in to the heat room. Exlnt!
