A great little Mazinger Z. A must have for any Gokin collector
The latest SRC version of their classic (and often improved) Mazinger Z. A nice complete version with fantastic articulation and decent accessories including the Scrander jetpack (previously only available in the weapon set) and the Mazinger sword. Plus the usual hands etc. I can't quite explain what the "Special Kuogane Finish" is. Overall he looks great with metalic blues and reds. His black torso is specially treated and textured to give it a black iron look and feel.The only downside to some is his size. he is one of the smaller SRC's. Which is both good and bad. For once we have a perfect run of Mazinger Z, Great Mazinger, Grendizer, Mazinkaiser and Mazinkaiser SKL all in the same scale and appropriately sized. So while Maz Z is a little small he is perfect standing next to Mazinkaiser.

This is a fantastic item. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Highly articulate. Lots of add on parts. Looks cool on your desk.

My favorite Mazinger Z. I love everything about this robot except the size. Kinda small, about 5.5 inches tall. Everything else, crafmanship and style and color, it's a work of art.

Better than the normal finish Mazinger Z
If you are getting the chogokin mazinger z then you have to get this kurogane one. The reason is simple: the normal original chogokin Mazinger Z is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE in America!!! Im looking at the normal super robot chogokin Mazinger z and it cost around or more $60.00 on Amazon which really should be around $35~45 range because the official price in Japan is 3780Yen which includes Japanese 8% tax. Also you get lot more in Kurogane version since it has the flying backpack thing that you do not get in the normal one. Besides the Kurogane finish on the robot's body feels and looks more nicer than the normal one. It's a great piece from bandai!
