NOT COMPATABLE WITH 06' FORD
This cable isn't compatible with the 06 Ford F250 SD, Left signal flashed right side and visa versa...had brake lights but no tail lights, did not power the electric brake.

Regretfully the black rubberized insulation has already separated from housing. Electrical connection was fine though.
