Delicious. Helps me sleep through the night. Stirs well enough for me.

I love this magnesium powder, tastes so yummy! I drink this right before bed, helps my sleep tremendously.

I use one scoop and it helps with sleep. I fall asleep better when I drink this supplement. It taste good, but it is too sweet for my taste. That is probably just a personal preference, since I don't like sweet beverages.

New to magnesium supplements (leg cramps), this was a pleasant surprise. First of all, the manufacturer has one start with one small scoop (provided), half the recommended daily dose. If that works, it will double the number of doses per container. It mixes instantly, even when the powder is put in before the liquid. It tastes great — a very natural peach lemonade, not too sweet, not too tart. BTW, this magnesium preparation was specifically recommended for absorption. I wanted to sure no magnesium is left unabsorbed in the GI tract.

I really like this magnesium powder, it’s effective and has helped a lot with muscle tension and headaches. The peach flavor is nice and not too strong, which makes it easy to drink daily. My only complaint is that it doesn’t mix the best, even with lots of stirring, I sometimes get little clumps. Other than that, it’s a great quality supplement and I’ve definitely noticed the benefits!

I’ve been using this product for a year or so and found that it works really well and I kind of looked forward to drinking it at night. Just cracked open a new container and immediately noticed the smell was off. So sad when I took a sip and the taste was totally different and not good. I don’t know how to explain the difference — maybe the difference between eating a peach vs just the peach skin? It’s a shame. I’ve been recommending this product to so many friends and assured them that this powder was pretty decent! But not now. I’ll have to get through this container but will need to be on the lookout for a different brand I guess.

Not like the previous magnesium glycinate of the same brand I’ve purchased for years. This one has a number of additional ingredients like citric acid, malic acid, “natural flavor“ silicon dioxide, beta carotene and REBAUDIOSIDE A, a Stevia extract. However, the description on my Amazon app did not disclose these additional ingredients when ordered. Unfortunately, I thought it was the same as what I’ve bought in the past, so stashed it in my vitamin closet to use when my current supply ran out. That is now. Unfortunately, taste is awful, it has all these additional ingredients (I try my best to eat clean) and it is outside the 30 day return window. I regret this purchase.
