I started 1 tab/day with yoga and 12KM cycling everyday. I used to have breakfast lunch and dinner and eating pattern as usual but dinner I used to escape as I feel fullness. I continued for 22 days and nothing change. I didn't loose even 100 gms. I had to discontinue after 22 days as I started feeling heavyness after sleep and feel giddiness. I am strictly vegetarian and no smoke and no alcohol. Initially I felt no side affects but after using for 22 days I had to stop it. But I do not get fresh after sleep and giddiness persists and sometimes I feel nausea as well. The manufacturers must investigate the reasons and discontinue its sale. I could get no benefits at all but added problems.
