Mattes are solid and easy to build up and blend. The top right shade is a little lackluster. Shimmers and sparkles are amazing. It's a good size for the $17 I paid. I wouldn't pay more then that so wait for a sale. Colourpop is good though. I own a lot of their palettes.

Bright colors that last all day. Shows up great and you dont have to keep applying to get it to show. I got this a while ago for my daughter and she still uses it almost daily. The price is perfect for the quality.

Now I can be sailor moon!! Love these colors!! Shadow goes on nice and smooth and lasts a long time. Love the shimmer and the purples.
