Overall, the HangHover Folding clothes racks work great! They take up very little space on the wall and are easy to open and close. The materials are good quality, sturdy, and the powder coated finish is nice.They include beefy screws which are important since the unit is fairly hefty. BTW, two people are needed when it comes to installation to make it easier. Instead of using the included plastic wall anchors (used when screwing into drywall), I chose to locate the wall studs, drill any new holes in the hanger itself so I could screw directly into the studs with all six screws (see photo). This makes for a rock solid mount. You need to be somewhat handy since I had to delicately remove 3 of the upper rods in order to drill the holes and mount the hanger to the wall. This is not a defect in the product, as wall studs are never where they should be.Perhaps TCO might consider pre-drilling more holes to allow more flexibility in lining up with the wall studs.

I can hang my clothes in one spot

This product is VERY heavy for its size, but assume that's necessary given it's purpose of drying wet laundry. We haven't tried it yet so can't vouch for how well that works yet. The instructions were fairly clear, the screws and other items provided for hanging were adequate, but it really DOES take two persons to hang this on the wall, both because of its weight and the maneuvering necessary to screw it into the wall. It looks great and is the perfect product if you don't have much room for hanging wet or damp laundry. I do have to add, however, that although the product packaging itself was well done in that it was secure and arrived undamaged, I have to give a huge thumbs down for the outer packaging. That box was way too large for the smaller product box - it wasn't secured with sufficient packaging material, nor was it taped properly, so that I was surprised the inner box didn't fall out in transit.

My clever drying rack folds out for use and folds away to a depth of less than an inch. I save on the cost of energy for the dryer and lengthen. the life of knit clothing.

The mechanism is not well manufactured such that the arms have a lot of playing them causing rubbing and chipping of paint at the joints and at the overlap points when the arms move in and out. The rods are a very lightweight aluminum they can bend easily under weight such as wet jeans. Rod ends have a little plastic tips that struggle to stay in the ends when you move the doors/arms in and out.Without these tips the rods will scratch the arms, adding two more paint chipping scratches.

Although I'm pretty sure my husband hung this upside down it still functions as it should. We LOVE this rack for hanging swimsuits or smaller items (swimsuits, shorts, tanks, intimates, etc.). It is so convenient to be able to hang multiple items to dry and fold it flat when not in use. It's a bit pricy but worth every penny to our family. We highly recommend this drying rack!

The idea in theory is awesome and should work however, the bars are really cheap and thin. They don’t hold up well and furthermore, the rubber end pieces fall off more than they should due to any extra movement to almost end range where realistically it shouldn’t happen. I wouldn’t buy again or recommend this to anyone.

Perfect !!!! Perfectly perfect! You must make sure you install it properly, but this little thing worth every penny you could spend on something practical and sooooo useful! Nice modern looking! I’m in love! Nice for small places, but honestly it should be in every laundry room no matter what! I have 2 of them, and will have one or two more for sure!Thank you!

This product met my expectations, and I am pleased with the way it performs. It is however nowhere near the size that I expected. The fact that there was a duty to be paid upon its arrival, was completely unexpected. I would have thought that when it was purchased through Amazon, that all charges would have been included in the original transaction, only to find out that there was a duty fee which essentially doubled the price.

Fits the space exactly how we’d hoped. Closes nice and flat so it blends into the wall and opens to a nice big size for use. Excellent customer service when we received the wrong colour, correct item was shipped promptly with no hassle. Easy to install and secured firmly to the wall.metal rods scrape as you pull them open but not a big deal for us, just the sound and doesn’t impact usability.
