I bought this to use with a set of Turtle Beach headphones. I use the HDMI to connect the video and audio to the TV, but this allows you to connect the RCA cables to the headphones. Worked great!

Had to use them for hooking up to a monitor and used an HDMI to DVI connection then used this for the audio and to my surprise everything worked wonders and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

This adapter does exactly what you would expect for the price. my only problem is that there is no locking tab on the fiber input so the wire falls out but some electrical tape did the job and it works fine.

I needed this in order to use my HDMI cables and my turtle beaches with my XBox 360 Slim. It does what it's supposed to do, I came complain.

Needed this to connect headphones to my xbox 360. Worked fine and now I don't use it anymore. Glad it was cheap

This adapter works great now I can still use my turtle beach x12 and still use the HDMI cable for picture. One of the best things I got for my x box.

feels and sounds like oem part from xbox. unless it is then it worth the price. i needed this cuz my surround only supports rca audio. but workls!

This product is a piece of garbage. The audio quality of this item is horrendous as well as both looking and being cheaply made. If your looking for one of these to use with your turtle beach, just pay the extra money for the brand name one.

Does what it advertises. It will allow you to use a headset or such with your Xbox 360 while using the HDMI digital output. I oriented this adapter in such a way that it bended extremely. Over months of usage and it still works just fine.

This a great quality adapter. It allowed me to connect my wireless headphones separately from my home theatre, so no one would be disturbed when gaming at night.

This adapter made it easier to plug headphones into the console and get better sound as well.

If you need an optic port on your older Xbox while u need to use HDMI this will do the job. Good for using headsets such as Turtle Beach, Triton, etc.
