I just bought a Volantex RC Corsair a few weeks back and had a chance tofly it last weekend. The experience was awesome but the battery only gives you about 15 minutes of flight. So I was pleased to learn batteries are easy to come by and inexpensive. This deal allowed be to by 4 additional battery’s for less that $30, which meant I got to fly for nearly an hour and half in one session this weekend. Great by overall.

Perfect batteries for my plane. Arrived next day.

Batteries worked pretty much like the originals. There is a slight fit issue where you have to wiggle the connector a bit to get the pins to engage, but other than that it works great, capacity seems correct.

I tried to buy cheaper batteries but the connectors were very tight These fit perfectly. Also there are the same size to fit into my Top Race F4U Corsair. Great addition to my plane!

All good and the returns were done without a problem.

These type batteries 'swell ' over timeDo not charge until they cool off over 12 hours.We use these in RC aircraft and RC cars and trucks.Please be safe.TIP: when charging indoors slide a ceramic dinner place under the battery.This will insulate the battery from a carpet or combustible surface.If you see them swell, time to recycle.Always use a volt meter to check the voltage before and after using.This will give you a 'benchmark' on battery life and performance.Don't use when hot.

First started up the sky eagle and started to fly I thought oh what a nice smooth airplane. I flew my patterns and started practicing Landings. I found the landing gear to be weak and bouncy. Twice the landing gear popped out and the prop would come off like it should. After not even using up One battery the motor seems to have just stopped. I have not even gone through one hole battery and the plane is no good now. What a disappointment. Cuz it flew so well. I have over 10 years experience with a variety of airplanes some store bought some handmade. I love my champ it's a great small airplane that I've had for over 5 years I crashed it glued it back together and it still flies. This could be just a bad motor I don't know. I know it flew well but I didn't even get through one battery.
