I've taken these exact vitamins for around 40 years now. Much better quality and also value for $ than cheap one-a-day type supplements. These cover all the essential vitamins and co-nutrients and complement each other correctly. Plus the Stress B complex! The fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E) are at a safe amount to reduce unintentional overdosage. Highly recommended. Started them as a university student, and continued as a pediatrician(M.D.) for over 30 more years!
