I have not finished this yet, but I am loving this book. I am learning so much about the brain and the book includes practical applications in the classroom.

This an excellent book for connecting the implications of current cognitive neuroscience to educational practice. We will be referencing this text in our upcoming books, articles and presentations.

As a former teacher and now mother, this is a book I will repeatedly refer back to time and time again. The authors give easy to implement suggestions on how to ignite students’ excitement and passion for a lesson while explaining the science behind WHY it works. I was fascinated to learn so much about the human brain—from memories to reactions and how we can grow our mind (and our students’ minds).I am inspired and encouraged to use strategies from this book. Highly recommend!!
