Put it through the dryer to fluff!
This pillow is exactly what I wanted! The cover is plush and has a cute little pocket. It also has strings that clip together so it won't fall off your neck and an elastic strap to secure it onto your luggage. The memory foam is very soft but also has great support. When I took my pillow out of the case the end was really squished and didn't fluff back up. 24 hours later it was still squished but I figured I'd try the dryer. I put it through 2 dryer cycles and it fluffed up completely!

Awesome Travel Pillows
I purchased these travel pillows after several customer reviews. We use them on an all-day flight to and from our destination, 3 different flight's over 15 hours of travel. We were exhausted as we started at 4 a.m. So sleep was very important and without these pillows we would have been miserable. With them it was fantastic! We both slept great!I have two recommendations: The first make sure you have 48 hours from delivery for the memory foam to expand because it's been packaged like that for some time it takes awhile for them to completely expand. Second is when you put it around your neck make sure that you're putting the back of the pillow at the base of your head so that your head is literally sitting on top of the pillow. Otherwise your head will tend to go forward if you don't have it properly positioned. The pillow can be snaped together at the front and (the pull strings should be pulled completely tight) This will also help to keep your head from Rolling forward.

It's uncomfortable. It's too thick to be able to lay your head back and sometimes it feels like it's suffocating. It just made my head and neck hurt more than anything.

Very disappointed.
It came rolled so tightly that the product cannot be used. I sat it on the table for 2 weeks now and it STILL isn't normal shape. Very disappointed.

Dense
As the description says, it is indeed very compressable so that means it is great for traveling.The memory foam is very dense, denser than most other memory foam pillows I have tried.This is evident when the pillow arrived in its carrying bag; it took a couple minutes for the memory foam to decompress.The extra fold in the pillow is actually a pocket for whatever fits, but I know it will be great for slipping my phone into.The elastic band straps to your neck, so you can wheel your luggage when traveling without holding the pillow in your hand.The feel is comfortable, because of the dense memory foam and also because of the soft velour color.I was provided a sample product for my unbiased and honest review.

Smashed Neck Pillow
Unfortunately, the pillow came smashed and even after two weeks the shape has not expanded like I had hoped it would. I will be returning this item.

Worst Travel Pillow Ever!
I just received this pillow today. This is the worst travel pillow ever! It is rock hard and makes you feel like your in a neck brace. Don't Buy!
