I have always loved this brand for their quality and they continue to keep coming through. The value is definitely there with the ease of use and functionality of the knives themselves. They were a great fit for our kitchen and as a gift for my fiancé he has basically given up on all other knives as the comfort and balance of the way these knives work and fit in your hand is second to none.
