So cute and classy! I love them !

Always love these, bought them in multiple apartments I’ve lived in! They do get scratched sometimes but they’re still nice. I put them in the dishwasher and it’s fine. They’re reasonably priced enough that I can order a new set if they ever get damaged but that hasn’t happened and I had my last set for 2 years. They have a nice weight, the black is nice and matte, and they’re easy to eat with. They don’t stack perfectly on each other because of the rounded handles but it’s okay.

They are quite weighty, I thought they would be flimsy but not the case. They are Sturdy and very mid-century modern in feeling. I’m hoping they stand up to everyday use.

These were great for a while but the wooden appliqué has started to peel and the metal on the spoons starting to get that metal taste so definitely time to toss. Also, we hand wash only, no dish washer. Beautiful and sturdy while they lasted!

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST flatware I have ever owned. Let’s move beyond the excellent price point (which I still do not have a satisfactory reason for) - the weight and quality of design alone will impress you. I wish there had been pictures of comparison like I uploaded when I was in “review/decision” mode, it would have saved me a lot of time. The comparison flatware is your typical HomeGoods, good quality flatware that I’ve had for about four years. I purchased a new home and some upgrades were in order. One of My primary goals was to break away from the frustration of spots and scratches fresh from the dishwasher (all items shown are fresh from the dishwasher). Mission accomplished. I ALSO LOVE the design. You can see the size and design differences in the photos. The butter knife is my favorite - small and sharp and heavy, second being the large dinner spoon. It’s incredible for pasta - twirling on a fork and inside the super round sphere design. How this isn’t the norm for flatware I have no idea. I purchased two sets - for a total of eight settings. I hope and I mean hope, I can find dinnerware your to it’s par to share the table. Bottom line... best amazon purchase (and I basically get a delivery every single day, during these times) I have made in a long, long time.

When I got this silverware, I was super impressed with its ability to feel so substantial while maintaining this very sleek, minimalist look. So I was super bummed when the black coating started wearing and chipping off within a couple weeks. It started when the finish of one spoon wore off almost completely after I left it in a bowl of aioli overnight. So at first I thought it was a bit of a fluke and made sure to always at least rinse off the silverware shortly after using it. But after a couple more weeks, I started seeing small chipped spots on a lot of the silverware, which were very noticeable since the stainless steel is very bright beneath the matte black finish. You could maybe prevent this for a while by being very careful with the silverware and hand washing it, but since this all happened within a month, I imagine that you’ll eventually have finish problems even by taking excellent care of them. And who wants to always be worried about how their silverware is being handled? I wish I had thought to take pictures before returning them. Also, I was super surprised to find that there were only a few comments from people who also experienced this issue. I always hear things about sellers doing sketchy things to manipulate ratings and comments on Amazon, and it makes me wonder if that’s what’s going on here.

I live alone so this set of flatware I got 7 months ago doesn’t get a ton of action and, even more sadly, the spoons started losing their golden finish a few months in and the finish on all the flatware faded and is far less metallic than before. I use on the very top rack of a dishwasher using non-corrosive detergent (read enzymes). Maybe I had a bad batch, but I’m pretty bummed. Other than that the weight and hand feel is great. The salad spoons remind me of escargot 🐌 forks as they are a little on the small side for me, but it makes for smaller bites so there’s a silver lining. I just wish the lining was gold still :/

Love that these are the fully rounded handles and not the thin flat ones I see everywhere that cut into your fingers after awhile. Good weight and quality and have used them for months now

The gold plating comes off with just light hand rubbing and cleaning.
