Best choice
I liked the Earphone, build quality, sound quality, & looks are excellent, only in the ears not much comfortable, can be improved.

Service is not available for renewed item and Amazon is not listening
I have bought (Renewed) Infinity (JBL) Zip 100 and after 1 months this handfree stop working. I contacted to Amazon and it's customer service and they suggest me to go JBL service center. I went JBL Harman Service Center-(Nehru Place). They denied me to service renewed item and same time I called to Amazon customer service center and again they told me to ask deny latter from JBL Harman but don't gave me deny latter. I wasted there (JBL Harman) my full day. I again complaint Amazon and they assured me to provide refund but 20 days has passed and Amazon giving me no response. Don't buy any renewed item from Amazon coz manufacturer never provide warranty for renewed item and Amazon make fake promise to provide warranty.

Beware of faults in the item received
There was some loose connection so only one side was working and the other side was working was the wire was held in a position. Still The sound quality was awesome when both sides worked. The material looked delicate and of plastic. Better buy a new one by paying 100 bucks more insted of the risk.

Not working as expected
I am using JBL products for long time, but this was good for few days and suddenly started all the isues like volume changes up and down and play goes to next track and it happens automatically when we adjust the cable. Unable to use it for office meetings , better go for new one instead of refurbished.
