I did so much research, buying, and returning to find this bag. When I saw there were only 9 reviews I thought I'd be a jerk not to share. Before I finally got to this bag I tried out The Arena Team 45L, the previous iteration of the Speedo Teamster, Speedo Teamster Pro, and the TYR Alliance 45L. They are all very good bags, but the Teamster 2.0 checks every box, and a few others. The others were missing just one or two things. If you go with any of the bags I mentioned above, I'm sure you'll be happy. They're all good and will get the job done. Also, as a side note, I did this all on my own dime, no one is paying me to share this, or giving me any products (sadly). I should also note this will be my 3rd Speedo Teamster. I bought the original one back in 2008. They've come a very long way. I currently use the Teamster duffle. They don't even make it anymore, and for a good reason... duffle bags suck, a personal opinion. I'm just going to stick with the features & functions of the Teamster 2.0, nothing about the other bags. The 2.0 is smaller than the other bags by about 10L. I wish it were 45L, that would be awesome. (Speedo, are you listening?!). I have big feet, and you know what they say about guys with big feet... big fins! The main compartment holds my XL fins, my kick-pull (a pull buoy, kickboard hybrid), paddles, a full sized beach towel, and my wet bag. It all fits, but a little extra room, say... 10L... would be great. There is also a laptop sleeve, which, ok, but I'll be looking for a way to re-purpose it. Maybe a kickboard? Each side has two pockets. One side has two full zippered pockets. The top pocket is smaller, but it's deceptively deep, which is a bonus. Outside of this pocket there are nylon loops that would be great for event tags, or a carabiner. The lower pocket has a separator, clip lanyard, and pen slots It opens fully like a drawbridge. Outside the pocket is another plastic clip. The other side has the same small pocket above. Below that is a water bottle pocket. My 1L Camelbak barely fits, but something smaller would be fine. Of course, you can put whatever you like it in. The front pocket is the biggest improvement. It seems like someone figured out that a suit, wet or dry, doesn't take up so much room. The wet compartment on my last two Speedo bags was gigantic. I could put my size 13 boots in them. Who needs that much space? Not to mention, doing so eats up the main compartment space. Now, the wet compartment on this thing is nice and shallow, enough for a suit and maybe a little more wet gear. It also won't take up much of the main compartment. The only other bag I saw do this was the Arena Team 45L. Also, the wet compartment still has the mesh ventilation, but they've covered the mesh with a nylon cover. It still allows airflow and drainage from the bottom. The nylon will definitely protect the mesh from getting ripped/torn. Finally, the details. The zippers are reasonable. They could be a little beefier, but they work just fine. The pulls have nice loops (to attach more stuff??) The shoulder straps and hand holds are great. The straps have a few extra nylon loops (think molle). It also has a sternum strap, which, again, ok. I never use it (and will probably end up cutting off). The back has nice padding. A few things missing from the previous generation: the bleacher pad (and it's dedicated compartment), the dirt bag, and the waist/hip strap (totally unnecessary). Also, check out the photos I posted. Had an old Speedo backpack back for about 12 years and used as my gym back and occasional swim bag. I loved it but just bought a more traditional duffel Under Armor gym bag of the shelve. I had cheap thin zippers, less volume, and over all quality of build was not that great. Looked on Amazon for good ol' speedo bags and found this one! Close to the price as my Under Armor bag so took it back and order this. LOVE THIS BAG, better than my original. The mesh allows the bag to breath, very important, front pocket better thought out than first and the Camo looks cool. I really find the backpack design in general more practical than duffels. Easier to throw on your shoulder, sits up right in locker, can ride on bike with it, etc... As far as strictly a swimming bag, it might be a bit small for fins, floats, board, etc... you could make it work but would still recommend a standard drawstring bag to go along with it. But as far as an all around gym bag, this is excellent. Tons of room, very breathable, useful/functional pockets, high quality. This has a seat cushion built into it. I thought it was a joke but left it in to give the bag more support. Actually ended up at a cold sporting event with metal seats... dawned on me I had this in the car and it made a huge difference. Might be the only time I use it but no longer think of it as a joke. Finally, its Camo! Thing looks cool.

Love this bag. I used one years ago when I was a competitive swimmer. Speedo was my go-to brand then. Back then they were the perfect swim bags. Kept wet towels and clothes contained, and had a strap on the outside that we would all always hang our swimsuits from to keep from soaking the inside of the bag. I eventually found myself needing a new bag, and remembered how much I loved my old speedo bag. So I searched on Amazon, and sure enough, there they were. Still just as water resistant as they used to be, but now with an added mesh compartment for wet/dirty clothes and a “dirt bag” (lol) got dirty clothes. This size works perfectly for me to pack away my work clothes, a towel, and soap/shampoo to use in my gym to work transition. After my shower, I tuck my sweaty clothes into the dirt bag, put my shoes in the main compartment, and tuck the towel and travel soap bottles into the wet compartment. Everything sits in my car all day while I’m at work, and doesn’t soak through or let my car get smelly. This size works perfectly for an adult. I would only recommend the smaller size for a smaller child. My only complaint is that the strap on the front was done away with. I’d like to be able to hang a swimsuit from there for when I go to lap swim, but this is really a minor issue. Otherwise, the zippers are very sturdy and don’t catch the contents of the bag in them. The bag material itself is also extremely durable, and has taken quite a bit of abuse from me with no damage. If this one ever does give out, I’ll definitely be buying another.

Nice swim bag , holds swim gear fins, goggles, towels water bottle etc. The older style used to come with a detachable dirt bag that held a wet( swim suit ) to keep separate after swimming, and a foam board for the pool area to use for outside the pool to save your knees while holding the lap counter at the end of the lane for swimmers , or while sitting waiting for a race when there isn’t room for deck chairs this part is missed greatly by us . Now this bag doesn’t have those extra things to go with it. The colors of the bag are true to the description. The quality is great and water resistant Has plenty of room and comfortable to use as the swim team backpack

I love this bag. I've must of had this bag for more than 6 months now. No bad odor sticks to it from my swim meets. Very light and you can store so much within the bag. It is very comfortable to have on your back and shoulders. So far, the bag has not deteriorated in anyway.

Für das Schwimmtraining habe ich einen Rucksack gesucht. Ich habe verschiedene Marken und Modelle getestet und dieser war der Beste. Sehr geräumiges großes Mittelfach, viele kleine Fächer, wasserabweisender Boden und die Träger sind angenehm (kein einengen oder einschnüren) Durch das auffällige Muster weiẞ ich immer dass das mein Rucksack ist.

Llevo con ella poco más de un año. Durante ese año la utilicé principalmente para natación, donde metía aletas, paletas, googles, gorro, traje de baño, cambio de ropa, productos de baño e higiene, una computadora, un iPad, audífonos, y un Nintendo Switch. Viendo lo bien que rendía el espacio, y que cumplía con las medidas de la mayoría de las aerolíneas, me arriesgue a utilizarla en un viaje de "mochilazo": la mejor experiencia en un equipaje de mano. En ella cabían 6 cambios de ropa, tres pantalones, una sudadera, una computadora, productos de higiene y cargadores/audífonos, además de una mochila extra ultraportatil. A partir de ese viaje, es mi "maleta" principal cuando debo de viajar ligero. Sus soportes en el area del pecho y la cintura/estómago hacen que el peso de la maleta se distribuya no solo en tus hombros y tu espalda, haciendo más pasadera la carga. TLDR; Excelente mochila para usarla de mochilazo (y natación, claro).

I bought the Speedo Teamster 35L backpack for my son for swimming training, and honestly it has been a great choice. The bag is very strong and well-made, and it clearly feels designed for heavy daily use. It is very spacious and easily fits all swimming gear (swimsuits, towels, goggles, slippers, water bottle, etc.). One of the best features for us is the separate compartments for wet items, which really makes a big difference and keeps the rest of the gear dry and clean. It is also very comfortable to wear, with padded straps, and my son feels comfortable using it even when it’s fully loaded. I bought it during a promotion, and it was an excellent deal for an original Speedo product. It was also fulfilled by Amazon, which gave me extra confidence regarding authenticity and delivery. Highly recommended for any swimmer, whether for daily training or competitions.
