The product is as described and the woolie head works okay. In hindsight, I'd have bought the one with the straight handle. I bought the angled handle to get into a hard to clean part of my wheels. It will reach into that spot, but wet, soapy hands and a slippery handle make it impossible to manipulate once it's in there. Maybe I can find another use for it.....
