Best Vitamin C ever! Have purchased this product 25 times. Great source of vitamin c and choline. I find this form of vitamin c much more effective than lipsomal vitamin C . Taste is terrible, but when swallowed with water, there is barely any taste. I take one packet per day for immune and skin health and more than one when sick.

I have been taking LivOn Laboratories Lypo–Spheric Vitamin C every day for a while now, and I honestly feel amazing. This is by far the best vitamin C I’ve ever used. I love how it makes me feel — energized, healthier, and my immune system feels really supported. The fact that it is liposomal makes such a difference. I feel like my body actually absorbs it well, and I notice a real boost in my overall wellness. I also appreciate that it has no sugar, so it’s easy to take daily without any worries. I honestly look forward to taking it every morning. It has become a staple in my daily routine, and I cannot recommend it enough. If you want a high-quality vitamin C that really works and makes you feel great, this is the one!

ABSOLUTELY best VITAMIN C i have found on the market. 1) you will see a change in energy levels within a few days. 2) your skin will change as well for the better within 10-12 days ... 3) super easy to take given the single packets ... i just pour the contents in a small cup of water and shoot it like a shot. 4) since taking i haven't gotten sick 5) taste is not great but not horrible either .. i would say its more of a textural thing .. but again shoot it with water and you forget about the entire thing. 6) given the items listed above ... for me totally worth the money

This product comes as a small packet of a runny gel that contains a 1000 milligram vitamin C. I like to swish it around in my mouth for awhile before swallowing it and I think that has helped get rid of my bleeding gums. It turns out that bleeding gums are a sign of low level scurvy so it really might be a thing.

Quality seems good, I heard about it from a knowledgeable friend who researched and compared many sources of Vit C and says it's the best and most bioavailable. It's easy to swallow. I just put a little juice, milk, any liquid even coffee, in a shot glass, squeeze it in and gulp it down! It's a little salty but mostly no taste. I've experienced no issues whatsoever - just an easy way to get 1000 MG of Vit C.

For me, this is by far the best oral Vitamin C I have ever used and I've taken at least nine different brands. I'm currently on my 21st box and so far the product has been very consistent in appearance, taste, and effectiveness. Anytime I feel like an infection might be setting in, I take five of these packets (30 in a box) and by the next day I always feel much better. Works great for a toothache as well. The only bummer has been the price increases over the years. It was under thirty dollars a box when I first starting taking it and now its just under forty dollars a box. I have really come to depend on this product so I hope they are able to keep from raising the price any further.

I can tell this product works — I’ve felt a little more energy and balance since I started taking it, though to be fair I’ve also been improving my diet, so it’s probably a mix of things. Either way, I do believe it’s a good supplement and it does what it says. The tough part is the taste and texture. Honestly, it’s the most unpleasant thing I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t really dissolve in water, and the more you try to mix it, the longer you have to deal with the flavor. My trick is to take the whole packet straight, then chase it with another drink to wash it down. Bottom line: it works, and I’ll keep using it — but I really wish they would fix the flavor, because that’s the only thing that makes it hard to take every day.

======= Update April 2020 ======= Was it COVID-19? We may not know for over a year...but we think it probably was. It started on our wedding trip to Hawaii, my (now legal) husband had a sore neck so bad he couldn't turn his head and when he tried to drink our regular nightly wine, he vomited immediately each time for 3 days. This went on despite several envelopes of Lypo-spheric C throughout the day - that said, he credits it with being able to get him to the church on time. I'm so glad I brought a box with us! By the time we left Hawaii, he was feeling pretty normal again, but two days after our arrival back home, his neck moved into my lower back for no apparent reason. Neither of us ever had anything like a fever or chills - just these odd-ball pains out of nowhere and my husbands puking and a couple of other "that's never happened before" symptoms. Within a week or so of the onset of my back pain I woke up with a sore throat. I did what I always do, taking 3 envelopes per/day to kill the crud. It did not kill it. 3 days later my mother whom we live with woke up with a sore throat and, although my throat was no worse, it was still tickling and I started feeling 'tight' in my chest. I started my mother on the same amount of envelopes that weren't working for me along with some plain ascorbic acid. The next day, my husband woke up with a sore throat. ...of course you realize - this means war. By this time it was mid/late-March and I was very concerned. for my 87 year-old diabetic mother. I stumbled onto a protocol of mega-dosing A/D/aspirin and added it to our C regime. 50,000iu D3/k2 + 50,000iu A (not beta carotene) - that combination taken once and repeated after 12 hours if there are still symptoms (not to be done more than two days or if you are on immunosupressant meds, though I'm not sure why about the latter, just what I read). In addition we took 500 to 1,000mg ascorbic acid & a plain aspirin (do not substitute another nsaid) every hour that day. We also upped our envelopes to 4. The next day neither my mother or husband had any symptoms, and none of us had any issues with the protocol we had followed. Since I had been dragging on for days with it, I repeated the procedure for a second day just to be sure, and importantly, we all kept up the lypo-spheric C envelopes at 3/day for the next 3 days to make sure whatever it was didn't resurface. We can't be sure it was COVID-19, but we will never travel again without two boxes of envelopes with us. ======= Original Review ======= My husband hardly ever gets sick and powers through it when he is, but I get sick when someone just mentions that there's a crud going around and I can't manage to power through it, when I get hit, I get hit hard. I've been a believer in Vitamin C, but regular ascorbic acid supplements only worked for preventing illness if I took it every hour or two throughout the day AND there wasn't any excess physical or mental stress going on at the time. That's a cost effective approach, but only when it works. Also, I can't say for sure that plain ascorbic acid ever really shortened something when it already had a hold of me, though absolutely it could scare off the symptoms a bit taken in the right quantity and timing. Then there is Lypo-Spheric C which is AMAZING and hardly even compares - it will stop the common cold dead in it's track. Yes, it's spendy - but think of how much misery you will avoid. Husband and I have been taking these packets for over a year, but just yesterday it was again so obvious how worth it they were, I just had to come and write a review. We both knew we'd been fighting off some crud that was going around, and we were being pretty successful with just one packet/day - then one day I did a lot of physical work and right after dinner, my throat hurt and I felt like crap. I took one packet (I'd forgotten it that morning, no doubt why the crud got the better of me in the first place) and went to bed. When I woke up in the night I took another. The next day I was functional, but I could still feel the crud trying to take me down - I took several throughout the day and felt 100% better/normal after dinner that evening. Others with this crud have been walking around for over a week sounding and looking like death-warmed-over. This product is so worth the money to us since I catch everything that comes along. This vitamin C has become a part of my morning ritual. I usually take it with juice, and sometimes even with coffee, and it makes me feel energized and supported throughout the day. The flavor is not my favorite, but the results are worth it.

I just ordered this and multiple packages had already exploded in the box leaving behind some odd brown residue. Half the box needed to be thrown away. When I tried using one clean packet there were brown specs in the water. The seller was not willing to offer any concession or take their product back which is obviously of bad quality and unsafe for consumption. I highly recommend you find another seller if you want this.
