Simple elegance at its best! It looks fantastic in my sun room. The online pictures do not do it justice because it was even more gorgeous in person. The crystals are very shiny and make it look extravagant. It was delivered timely and packaged well. It came with extra crystals which we love it so much in case we need to replace in the future. My hubby had no problem installing as it replaced another light fixture. We tried to have it on a dimmer, but we thought it's not necessary at this moment. Currently using regular halogen 40 W bulbs (came with the package) but will replace with dimmable LED in the future. Very happy with my purchase! They have another great piece which we thought its perfect for our bedroom. We probably will get it in the future.

Exactly as advertised ! Beautiful, stunning And perfect for my home ! When people walk in it’s the first thing they see ! I would say the only issue to me is that it’s such a stunning piece with such a small chain ! I would prefer a thicker chain or maybe a black pipe instead of chain. It’s not that the chain doesn’t hold the weight it’s just that the chain is so small compared to the Beautiful piece ! Came sooner than expected packed very well with extra crystals,bulbs and parts ! Great product ! I will be buying another one for my entry !

The instructions for putting this beast together are very lacking in direction. It was not easy for the two of us to get this up. Better illustrations and written directions would have helped immensely. We did finally figure it out but very nearly boxed it all back up to send it back! It's beautiful though, and worth the effort in the end.

As it was being assembled, we found broken crystals. There were 10 replacements included; however, we had 16 that were either chipped or cracked. That left us short 6 crystals. It is installed; I just hope the company sends replacements. If they do, I will change my rating. It looks beautiful if you don't look to closely and spot the missing ones.I am amending my rating. They sent replacement crystals promptly and kept me notified on the status of the new crystals.Help! I need 12 gold crystal bracket holders. Can I order those from you? Please let me know. Thanks.

This is a beautiful chandelier. I love the combination of modern glamour. It's well made and looks expensive for the price point. The only downside was the packaging could have been better. The crystals were pre-installed but most had fallen off, one broken and others chipped. They included extra crystals but it took awhile to reattach and fix all of the hooks. Even with that said, I absolutely love this piece! No regrets.

Had to replace and upgrade a very beautiful but out dated chandelier in my dining room. This was the right look as nd also with the crystals, still had the bling I was used to. I have now hung this and it looks stunning. The room I hung it in has 15 foot ceiling. My original concerns about cord length and chain length were not an issue. The picture and the written info about this ptt try induct didn’t match. I was unsure. I had no choice but order to check for myself. The electric cord and the actual length of the fixture were just enough over all length to do the job well and I absolutely love the fixture!

It's a very attractive lamp that is now the focal point of our dining room. We replaced a smaller fixture with three standard 60 watt bulbs with little lampshades on them with produced almost no light in our dining room. FYI This chandelier uses smaller candle style bulbs which was unclear from the product description. Something to think about when deciding between the 6, 8 and 10 bulb models of this lamp. We got the 8 bulb and it is quite bright.Something to know. It's a little tricky putting the lamp together because you need to be careful when adding the three arms as they just hook onto each other and can slip out quite easily and possibly break one of the crystal disks on the bottom of the bulb stems. Maybe try to wire them in place or use blue tape.There are also quite a few extra parts and tools included to do the install even some spare crystal tiles for the shades, and an extra bulb.

This product arrived on time, but in terrible condition. Although, in theory, the glass crystals come already attached, in reality, these were so poorly attached they came loose and broke in the packing foam. I have shattered glass chunks to contend with and have had to reattach most of the crystals-a process that has taken hours. While this is on the cheaper end of chandeliers, I feel like I wasted $400. This thing is a mess! Do yourself a favor, and go to a lighting store.
