Good source of Sulforaphane for the days when I don't have a fresh batch of broccoli sprouts ready to eat. Seems like good quality pills that are easy to swallow, being a standard size as they are. Sulforaphane is super healthy for you so this is a great backup for when you can't get it from fresh, and contains more than you get from even an entire head of fully grown broccoli.

I’ve been using this product for a while now, and I decided to try it mainly for its sulforaphane content after hearing about the potential health benefits. That said, I do see this more as a supplement rather than a replacement for proper meals. It works best alongside a balanced diet, not instead of one. I’m happy with the purchase and would consider continuing to use it as part of my routine.👍
