These are my go-to vitamins with eye ingredients. My optometrist does a variety of annual tests, and I score very well when I take these consistently. It does not reduce the need for glasses, but it does improve general eye health and I believe sensitivity. These are easy to swallow and well packaged. I find the price reasonable. Highly recommended.
