Amazing item, the cooling effect does the trick. It does stop itching, which was a surprise to me since it’s designed for pain. I have eczema and have found this quite helpful. It does sting in the very beginning of application, but it fades quickly. I find it to be a very effective product.

I have been diagnosed with carpel tunnel, surgery did not stop the pain or the tingling. Sombra is my go to when my hands flare. I take a dab and rub it on and at first I think it is not working 😔 but then after it dries and a few minutes have passed I realize it IS working! It calms down the pain and on me it reduces the swelling. It Reminds me of my grandma smelling of absorbing Junior as a kid, but not exactly, it does have a strong smell and it does feel warm when you put it on. It last for a while because I forget about it until it stops working a long while later. I have put it on my knees and my wrist when I overdid and it helped greatly. It does not leave a greasy feeling, it is a cream but absorbs like a gel because you rub it inand there is no residue. I purchased the smaller size because I didn't want to spend over $10 on something that doesn't work, it works and a little goes a long way, next time I am ordering what ever size cost less per ounce.

I tried a lot of creams, sprays, Gels, etc, this Sombra cream is the best I have tried, great functionality, the cooling effect eases my lower back, the warm helps my knee and shoulder pain, I also use it in my ankles, I am so glad that I found Sombra, I have already ordered another 2 jars. I bought this on recommendation of my PT Chris for some pain from an injury. He applied it after therapy with pain flare ups. It works well to decrease pain and bring warmth to the area. I like to use it at bedtime to settle the discomfort in my leg/knee.
