Was impressed with the faucet when we first received it. It felt solid, looked good, and was a good match for our regular faucet, it almost looked like a matched set. Installation was easy and the faucet has functioned well since we bought it. We are in Socal and the water quality is not the best so there have been mineral deposits that have formed. We try to stay on top of removing the build up but it is a losing battle. I reached out to customer support to ask if they had instructions on how to take off the handle so I could clean off the mineral deposits. I was disappointed when they told me that it was a one piece unit and that the handle could not be removed. I was then amazed when they said they would replace the unit, even though we had it for 5 years. Talk about awesome customer service! I have installed a similar set up at my mother's place and we both are very happy with the items. Great quality, great looks and great customer service!

I bought this extra faucet for a second room as a refurbished item, but it was missing a washer. Rather than return it, I contacted the manufacturer and based on my order number and description of the missing part, they sent me a new piece and now the faucet works perfectly. I really like how this looks, and the entire iSpring water filter system in general. I even bought a second system for my girlfriend's house.

Easy install 10 min--No leaks. 3 yr. warranty--even longer. i-Spring company top quality with 100% stainless steel parts where water touches. 100% lead free. A-1 2nd to none Customer Service call center esp. for faucets--HUGE! This was so great even purchasing from Amazon we had access to immediate C.S. prior to purchase. C.S. phone listed in website. Wonderful working both with Nick and Sean very patient with numerous questions. Anytime we would be in market for faucet i-Spring would be our 1st Go To.

I bought this faucet 2years ago. A very good value for what you get. Well built and looks great next to my stainless kitchen faucet. Not easy to be able to match these things but the brushed nickel matches nicely with the stainless. Works great!

This company backs their products. I had a leak with my faucet and they sent me a replacement and took care of everything with no hassle. Also I was easily able to install this myself/ not to discredit myself but I am a woman- there were no tools needed to install this. And is aesthetically pleasing!

So far this RO faucet is perfect for my sink and matches the main faucet. Very easy to install and it was a good deal.

Don't bother trying to register this unit. It won't let you. The unit is a nice product.
