48 Splashing Paint Design Color Eyeshadow Makeup Kit Palette

I almost didn't buy this product after reading all the complaints about a "horrible odor", thinking if it smells that bad it probably shouldn't be near your eyes, or even on your face for that matter! I decided to go ahead and try it for myself. I bought this for my daughter's dance competitions thinking I'd probably be tossing it into the trash, but it's a great product and wears very well. There is a VERY SLIGHT odor but you literally have to stick your face down into the compact, and then it wasn't a horribly offensive odor - it just smells like make up to me. The colors are every bit as vibrant as they look in the pictures and the variety of bold shimmery colors is fabulous!!

..which fades if you leave them open for a bit.;)I wasn't really sure what to expect with this palette to be honest. It's so cheap you almost expect the worst. So I was kind of amazed when I tried them out. The colors are so bright and pigmented. And they really have staying power. Even without primer. Also I'm not one to like sparkle and glitter etc in my makeup but these are perfect with just the right amount of shimmer.Delivered within days of ordering. Would definitely buy from seller agian.:Overall, really great deal.

I received this palette yesterday. Both my mom and I have already used it. I used a peachy colored eyeshadow yesterday. It had to be packed on for the color to show. The pigment isn't the highest of quality if it has to be packed on but it's still a deal. The eyeshadow lasted whicy was a great surprise. I couldn't find these kind of colors in a regular convenience store and if I were to find them anywhere where I live, they would be pricey. These were a deal.

the colors don't fade, they are just what i was looking for, this is and item i think you should buy a lot of, it comes in a pack of two, the difference in the palette is that the colors are similar but they aren't the same. this is my favorite makeup eyeshadow now :) i haven't used anything else since, i get compliments constantly! Definitely worth 5$, but if i were you i would get two, (four pallets total) because the shipping is kind-of expensive, but it should be when you buy this, you definitely don't want it broken! also, i didnt notice a smell.

a total waste of money! this would be good for a pre-teen girl just learning how to do makeup. it goes on very light.. it doesn't go on very smoothly, either. the colors look pretty on the palate, but don't go on the same. by reading all of the reviews i figured i would give it a chance. i really wished i wouldn't have and i hope this saves at least one person from wasting their money!!:((

I purchased this product for daytime wear, work, running errands etc. It has a mixture of soft, subtle colors for the day and it even has some dark smoky eye colors for a night out. I went out to have a drink with some friends and when trying to choose my eye shadow color, I was looking for a red or something close to it on the palette but was not able to get anything close to it. Instead I had to go with a pinkish, so I was sort of dissatisfied with that being that the palette does have variety to it but I feel like some of the colors are very close in hue with all the rest of them. I like the fact that each shadow is split into two different shades, so it makes it very convenient because you know just what color to apply to the actual lid and the crease, in addition you can mix and match. I have only had the palette for about a month now, but I don't wear it every single day so I'm not really sure about the duration it stays on. I do know that each time I have applied a primer (as you should) but sometimes I forget to apply primer and that is when I still need my eyeshadow to pull through. I will pay attention to the neediness of how many times I have to reapply and provide and update. Overall I am satisfied with these eye shadows. Ps: the case does include an eye shadow sponge applicator which I don't use because it does not apply right and it does not allow you to really blend out the colors. So, in that case you will most definitely need a eye shadow brush to work the color in and apply it the correct way....So again, this palette was fair and I am glad I took the chance and bought it despite some negative reviews so I would be able to be the judge myself... You have to have this in your makeup this is the coolest palette that I have for my daughter, love the colors and the way the company match them up. In the morning when getting ready for school it makes it so easy to match your colors and be on your way never late to school and always looking so pretty. You can Mac I have it but you pay big bucks for it and this is as good to me and get more of it then the higher price one.I am 15 teen and have a real makeup collect as my mother calls it I am working on it hard love amazon and the prices a customer for Life.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to buy this eye shadow because of the variety of colors and for the price. I love eye make up, but I could never get any look I created to last long, even with primer. After reading the reviews here, I purchased this set and have been very impressed. The colors are vibrant and blend exceptionally well, and while they do carry a smell, I had to hold them to my nose to smell it. I only wish that this set had come with more than two applicators.
