The leather is soft but durable and the look is so fabulous!
Theres not anything I dislike. I love the look, the style and I love that it's not so stiff. I have already gotten several compliments already on it.

UPDATE: Justin Retailer is sending me new straps free of charge, which was really nice. Not sure what can be done with the silver studs falling out. At least they are willing to correct part of the issue.I always wait a bit before providing feedback on my purchases. I have had my purse and wallet now for almost 5 months. The wallet is holding up and I have no issues with it. The purse on the other hand I am disappointed in. First off the silver studs are falling out. I had one stick in my elbow as I was placing my purse on my shoulder. Quite painful to say the least. Second, the shoulder straps are cracking and splitting. Very depressing.
