Got what I was looking for. It’s paperback, and is a little on the smaller side. No note book pages were included. But definitely works for simple chart recording.

I bought this book by mistake I thought it was something else.it's actually a book filled with empty natal chats to fill in like that's the whole book. It's pretty cool just not what I meant to buy!
