This is my first time purchasing Matcha tea outside of Japan and i was shocked by the quality.I would describe this as tasteless and unpleasant. The powder does not dissolve well in hot water and leaves a thick layer of green slime at the bottom of the cup. The color is also unnatural as it is a dark green (grass-like) when it should be a very light green.Do not purchase if you are used to Matcha of Japanese standards.Returned for refund.

We have ordered this product a couple of times and have had no problems till my last order; it was never delivered. On contacting the Customer Service they dealt with the issue in a competent manner and resolve the matter. The product itself is fine for what we use it for. No complaints all over.

I decided to try this brand of green tea after the brand that I normally buy was sold out and I must say, it tasted ok. I liked that it was cheaper than my usual brand so I'll most likely be buying it again.

The seal on the packaging could be better. When you first cut the package you can already feel tea above the seal strip. When you seal the strip after use not the easiest to use ( has a mind of its own)
