Didn't play more than the first line of song
I followed instructions but the necklace wouldn't play the song fully- only the "try" version. Wanted to return but my little granddaughter didn't want to be without it.

Pretty, but questionable
Sometimes the music just stops playing early on in the cycle. It usually then keeps cutting off in the same place until you move the switch on the back. This doesn't always work. My daughter loves it, I just wish it would do what it's supposed to do!

Disappointing
I bought this for my grandaughter’s birthday. It didn't do anything. So I quickly ordered another. Then I tried some fresh batteries and that did the trick. The second one arrived quickly but that didn’t work either. Now waiting for a refund. Very disappointing for a child to get a birthday gift that doesn't work.

Absolute Rubbish
Bought this item twice, the 1st didn’t make a sound, opened up the battery compartment and it had been water damaged, went through Amazon online to try to return it, ended up speaking to someone from the manufacture, who said Amazon need to replace/refund, this didn’t happen either, because the item was for my wee disappointed granddaughter I ordered another one, same issue as the first. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing………don’t bother, go to a store so you can test before you buy!

My daughter got this for Christmas and she loves it. She dresses up like Elsa a few times a week so having this necklace to finish off the outfit was perfect!. It lights up and sings! Very cute!

this is a must have for die hard fans of frozen characters. its a great little toy. my daughter loves and plays with it all the time. a little bit on expensive side though!
