I use these chairs in my business lobby. Not to sound negative but my customers come in all sizes and ages. They hold up very well for the heavier customers and for the sweaty/dirty customers. I ordered about 20 of these chairs and one did come with some of the plastic broken (I did not send it back because I would have had to send the whole 5 pack back). I would order more when/if they wear out.

The chairs are sturdy with the exception of one of the chair backs that has already broke. The plastic split a few inches from the side towards the center and no one is able to sit back in the chair. The chairs also lean back further than anticipated.

First of all, I ordered a five pack of these for our business lobby and the top one was broke in a couple different spots on the chair back. I immediately decided to return them and didn't look at the rest of them thoroughly, so I'm not sure if any others were broken. A couple of us tried one out and, although the seat was fairly comfortable for a hard surface chair, the back rest was so short and slanted back so much that you couldn't sit and fully rest back comfortably. You might as well just have stools to sit on. They are awful and I would have returned them even if none of them were broken.However, I will say that the return process was seamless. I processed the return to have UPS pick up, and just as soon as they did our money was refunded back. So I'm happy about that.

The chair came fully assembled in a big box. I needed a chair for my 7 year old to use at his desk that didn't have wheels because I know my son and he would just be spinning and rolling around instead of doing his homework. This chair is great, it's sturdy, and I can tell it will last for a very long time.

I purchased 10 of these chairs to put in our barber shop and so far everyone loves them. Believe me we've asked our customers and they all said they really like the fact they are a little wider then the average chair and the way the back is shaped it's curved just enough to fit the curves in peoples backs. We have customers of all sizes use them and so far everyone has commented on how comfortable they are.They were delivered so quickly and came NO ASSEMBLY. Loved that. I think that for the price these chairs are a winner.

They pack away small, and sit big. I am rather large, I can stretch against the back or sit down in it hard and it feels incredibly sturdy and comfortable. One was inexplicably broken in transport (they were well packed and the plastic is very strong) and the company was super responsive and quick to replace. Very happy with these versatile, storable chairs.

They are good would have given more stars but 1 chair came broken. Most likely from shipping as the broken pieces where in the box.
