Still working and looking great after 3 years!
I installed it in a stand alone shower so it was a little more difficult to install. I had to extend the hoses down since it is designed for a shower/tub combo. The finish still looks like new, the valves are still smooth and accurate and there is plenty of water pressure. I will not own another shower without one.

Amazing shower
We finally got this installed after a long drawn out bathroom remodel. It is the best shower experience any of us have had. The temperature adjusts easily. The flow adjusts for all five outputs separately and easily. My three year old can run it with no issues. There are three body sprays a shower spray and a handheld. When the four main outputs are on concurrently it basically envelopes the user in water. It is very relaxing and really amazing. The shower pressure/droplet are good, and just the rainfall portion of the shower (the basic part) is excellent alone. One useful thing is that using just the body spray(s) you can clean up, but not get your hair wet.I can't report on longevity yet. Construction is fine. The stainless construction is thick enough gauge and it isn't waterspotting. The valves all work correctly, and the assembly was basic (four little bolts to attach the horizontal showerhead). The most difficult part is measuring the height and anchor positions, and drilling the wall to hang the shower. It comes with two wall cleats and the necessary screws and anchors for most installations. The seller was happy to provide me a .pdf manual for review prior to purchase.I do wish it had a 'waterfall' spout, but I would say that this wouldn't improve the shower experience, just add more options, it really is an excellent shower. My plumber had all sorts of trouble envisioning the setup. It just requires a hot and cold valve at the wall. The valves need to be 5.5 inches outside to outside, protrude less than 3" including connections, and need to be 48" (but not more than 60" or so) more below the top of the shower (this is because inside the unit there are valves and tubes to move the water about, so there isn't as much space). There is also space above the shower unit valves if you want to put the plumbing high on the wall. The unit is 3 inches thick and 6 inches wide. It has a couple 1/2 by 1/2 by 16" braided hoses with it, which because I fit 3/8 valves at the wall I just replaced with 3/8 to 1/2 braided hoses. You might consider vertically stacking the supply valves rather than aligning horizontal. Depends a lot on what is behind the wall etc - I had a stud right in the middle, and the plumber tried to put the valves on either side of the stud. This made for a tight fit. It would have been better to just stack the valves vertically on one side of the stud.

Functional and aesthetically pleasing
We've only had it for one week but this shower panel (56"model) looks good in our shower and seems to work well with smooth controls. A few words of advice, though: When positioning the lower suspension bracket, be careful to ensure that it fits entirely between the lower shower suspension plate and the lip of the bottom cap, which, in turn, must be below the supply pipes coming from the wall (if yours are at the bottom, as in my case - see picture). This will dictate the height at which you may install the panel. The lower suspension plate is quite close to the bottom cap; this restricts one's ability to pull out the water supply hoses to connect them to their respective pipes on the wall. This may be solved by angling the panel out at the top and bringing the bottom close to the wall (see picture). A two-person job. The (supplied) plastic nut knobs are very helpful to tighten the hose fittings because space is at a premium back there. The hose that feeds the showerhead at the top is a bit short. Consequently, it gets pinched when making the corner (see picture); this would restrict water flow unacceptably, I believe. The hole through which the hose turns has sharp edges, so there's also the risk of cutting through the soft hose wall. I recommend installing a longer hose (3/8" ID) in two pieces connected by an elbow fitting to make the corner without the risk of fretting. Nothing too difficult and it seems worth the effort.

All the Right Features
We bought this shower panel to replace a Vigo panel that failed after 15 years of use. This was the panel that had the features we liked most from our old panel. What we liked: it has separate controls for water temperature and water on/off so we don't have to readjust the temperature every time we shower - we just turn it on. Also, the shower head is at a good height; of course that can be adjusted by the height you mount it but mounting it higher wasn't an option for us because of the height of the tile and the glass shower wall. We liked the convenient glass shelf for putting soap and razors and such. We liked that we could mount the wand wherever we wanted, since we have a shampoo and body gel dispenser where many of the panels require the shower wand to be. Also, it was big enough to cover the area our old panel used. The only missing feature was the ability to use the shower, nozzles and wand all at the same time, but we didn't have enough water pressure to make that feasible anyway so that feature wasn't important to us.I like the wand on this unit better. It provides a higher pressure, more concentrated flow. I like the nozzles on this one better - they also seem to have better flow and they are positioned to be able to shower without getting the head or face wet. We are using a third party shower head that we purchased for our old panel and like so much we just installed it on this one, so I can't speak to the shower head other than it has plenty of flow and pressure. The temperature control is easier to use. This unit was easy to install, although we had to buy hoses because the ones supplied weren't long enough. The negatives are that the quality of construction isn't as good as the Vigo (my husband was especially annoyed that the set screws for the shelf were phillips head instead of allen head) and its not as pretty. The design is kind of boxy.I would recommend this shower panel. We are happy with it.

Shower was easy to install and working well
The shower is working well, mechanical parts are solid. It is nice to be able to control all the jets individually.I would like the rainfall being a few inches farther from the wall. A couple nozzles are slightly off, but minimal issues for the price we paid.

Works great!
The unit I replaced was all stainless steel and was very difficult to keep clean. This one is a breeze. I also used to have to fiddle with the temperature a lot but I've been showering with this for 2 weeks and haven't touched it once. Time will tell of course but so far its just great.

We have two of these and love them
Seriously - We love this product. We have one in our stand-up shower and one in our regular tub bathroom.I like all the features:• Rainfall for general washing and rinsing of hair.• Tub spout for having a bath and small kid washing.• Side jets for relaxing and spraying under the hood.• Snake nozzle for washing your kid's hair when they sit in the tub.• temperature knob for perfect temperature all the time! This has it all! We are now moving and have ordered another one for the new house - the kids insisted!
