It saved me a bunch of money and the print quality is as good as HP, so no complaints here. I will wait and see how long it lasts, but I am happy right now.Update...we have had this ink for a few months and now I am not so sure. The printouts aren't great. If you are doing basic household printing, etc. I think it's fine, but if you are looking to print something nice for work or school, I am not so sure. You get what you pay for.Update #2...I tried this ink again and it is working much better. The issue I had before with the ink has been corrected and the new ink is working much better.

I used this brand before and it worked fine, but but the latest order was apparently from a bad batch. When I notified OSIR they wrote me with an apology and explained the problem They made good on this product and I am very impressed with their responsiveness and corporate4 ethics. I highly recommend this product to anyone needing replacement cartridges. They work very well and provide excellent value for money.I am extremely satisfied with the product quality and service.

If, like me, you mostly print in black and white, these are a good, economical solution. I’m always annoyed that my printer requires full color cartridges to print at all (even in black and white), so I don’t want to spend much for what I consider to be placeholder cartridges. These print okay in color (a little streaky), but I’m quite pleased with the black ones. They do what I need them to do.

Our printer stopped working and we did not know why - was just giving a critical print error and could not get the home screen up. Thought I would try to swap out the cartridges and did some research and settled on these. They arrived quickly and work great. The HP printer does recognize they are not HP but just gives a warning they cannot guarantee the print quality. I am glad to say I see no difference between these and the HP and for our purposes they print clear, good colors, no streaking. Only had them for a couple of days now but so far so good.

If you are looking for a inexpensive non oem solution for print cartridges then this is a good buy. The cartridge works as advertised and your print might warn you that it is a non-HP cartridge and can damage the print head. Just click OK and it should still work.Like with all Inkjet printers, if you do not print regularly then you might find the cartridges dried up and this cartridge would be no exception. The Black and white prints are about 80% as good as OEM. They are not the best but are good for the price paid.I have not had the need to contact support for any issues yet. But if I do land up having issues then I will update this review right after to share my experience.Overall, I would recommend buying this cartridge for your printing needs.

I'm a casual home Printer user. I don't need super premium ink. This works perfectly for my needs. I did notice, on ONE sheet of paper, some black lines on the back of the paper, likely from ejecting from the printer on top of previous page before it had a chance to dry. I also occasionally get a message on my computer that it's not an original HP cartridge. I just click ok and continue. Works great for my needs at a very reasonable price.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this product because reviewers of similar products mentioned issues with the sharpness of the colors. However, as soon as I received them, I printed a test page and felt it was perfect for my needs. I'll have to say, I'm not doing any photo printing, so if that's what you're looking for, please do not take this review as an affirmation of this capability. I'm merely printing basic color documents. Nothin extravagant. Otherwise, this is a worthy product and great for the price point. I'll definitely order again. Saves me a lot of money, seeing I'll be working from home through the end of the year. . . at least.

These initially performed well and I could not tell the difference in quality compared to HP. Unfortunately, the Magenta cartridge failed within 90 days of installation. It shows to be 90% full. I have not yet used the black cartridges.As a follow-up, the company promptly contacted me concerned about the issue and gave me a credit for the purchase. Good response, so I have upgraded their rating accordingly.
