Very useful,good quality, easy for using..good results

This product is the most amazing product I've ever bought! The MRP is 5095/- but I got it at 1995/-, and it's totally worth the price! It heats up super quickly, is super easy to use, doesn't cause back pains like regular ironing does, and turns clothes wrinkle free in a matter of seconds. However, I did notice that there is some leakage when the product is used in a horizontal position and clothes are placed on the bed. It gets super hot so be very careful not to burn yourself. Use a hanger to hang the clothes while you steam them vertically, for best results. It also comes with a one year warranty. The wire is a bit short, and the product is pretty heavy so not all that portable. It's an electricity hog at 1200W, but makes life so much easier. Taking off a star for these issues. The product comes with two options, one of steam on demand by pressing the button, or continuous steam using the locking function where you push the button downwards. Overall, the product is the best thing I've ever used and I'm never going back to regular ironing again! Check out the video for reference.

Product is very good in quality

I purchased the product which went defective after a few days. I lodged the complaint, and the product was taken by the service technician on 28th December'2025 for repair but the same has not been received back so far. May I request you to kindly intervene and arrange for the product to be delivered back to me after repair/replacement without further delay.

20/08/2020: Easy to use though requires refilling after ironing max 3-4 pieces of clothing. Maybe they can increase the size of water container. If you are looking for perfect ironing then steam irons are not recommended. They can iron casual items but if you are in a corporate office then go buy a regular iron. Update 13/09/2020: turned it on for my second use after 2-3 weeks and it is not working. When I plug it in & turn on the switch the light doesn’t turns on but after a couple of minutes I realised that the top part of steamer is getting hot but pressing the steam button does nothing not a single burst of steam comes out of it. Disappointed, didn’t expect it to break down after just one use. Now I will have to experience Inalsa’s service. 14/09/2020: called the customer service several times they put me on hold for 4-5 minutes each time with a recorded message playing that my call will be answered according to its position in queue, after playing this message for 4-5 minutes the call disconnects automatically. If they can’t respond to a customer then they do not have any right to be in this business, changing my ratings from 4 to 1 due to the apathetic nature of Inalsa. 14/09/2020: finally got through to their customer care and reported the issue, was told that a technician will visit my home in 2-3 days & see if it can be fixed here or needs to be sent to service centre. Received a call from local state office to confirm the issue with the product & was told that a technician will visit today. Full marks for prompt response. Just a suggestion for Inalsa, get a quieter place for customer care reps, everyone is screaming on top of their lungs & please allow customers to stay on hold for a longer period(30minutes) rather then disconnecting their phone by force when they are calling to connect to a customer care rep.

I’ve used the Inalsa steam iron just twice so far, and I’m already quite impressed. It heats up quickly, glides smoothly over clothes, and removes wrinkles effortlessly. The steam output is consistent and strong, which really helps with thicker fabrics. Build quality also feels solid. It’s too early to comment on long-term performance, but as of now, I’m very happy with the results. Definitely a good buy! Bought this steam iron for my delicate outfits and it is always a hassle to iron on delicate fabrics with traditional iron or had to take it to dry cleaners. Got this portable, easy to use handy iron from Amazon. My first product was not working so I raised replacement and to my surprise it was replaced the next day without any questions asked. Very smooth process and the replaced item is working well.

It's been an year that we're using it. It's been very good. We did an exchange once as the water was leaking but the exchanged item has been functioning very well. No complaints. Fully satisfying.
