I love this! It makes me so happy to use!This puts less pressure on your biceps and more on your shoulders! The pressure on my shoulders makes me feel like I'm about to be guillotined, which I know is an irrational fear.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. This head stander really protects my neck vertebrae. This is a really clever design! This can become a sturdy chair! So glad I bought this, was worth the $70. I got mine used but in great condition.Thank you for this!!!

I live internationally so I have to pay extra to get items via mail. Sometimes the cost is as high as the product. I really wanted this item and am in government quarantine so I decided to splurge. I am so thrilled I did. this is the best purchase I have made in 2020. I use it everyday and I at 46 find this easy and comfortable. There is something special for you to be able to be upside down for a minute or two a day. Slowly my body is craving it. My worst fear was thinking that I would not use it that much. As usual my worries were not needed. This product is fun, comfortable, sturdy, and not bad looking. I highly recommend this product. I was willing to pay for it and the $30 for shipping. Still feel it was totally worth it.

I have struggled with inversions for three years. It is so hard for me to get up in a handstand or elbow stand and I have neck issues too. This bench is absolutely amazing. It makes it as easy as pie to get into an inversion. I love it so much. I am so glad I found this thing. I wish I’d had it years ago!! It is sturdy and solid and also makes a great little bench for sitting or kneeling and tonight my husband used it as a stepping stool too. But it works awesome for its primary purpose of safe and easy inversions!!! BUY!!! It is wonderful.

Great for inversions, not as well made as the wooden ones, tips a bit too easily. Comfortable, functional, easy off seat for easy inversions. More expensive than the stronger, safer wooden ... I’ll add more

I had read all of these reviews and wondered if they were all true - whether the stand was that easy, etc. Well, it is!! I got it in record time, even after opting for the cheapest shipping choice. It came in a box and even though there were instructions on the underside of the cushion, I had to go to the website to find more. I got it figured out pretty quickly. It comes with a little tool to tighten the bolts, which worked well. I was a bit afraid to try it, as my neck and shoulders were still a bit sore from my “natural”headstand attempts (even though I stopped placing weight on my head/neck, it was still a lot of weight on my shoulders). My hubby was wary of the stand itself, telling me I would get injured, etc. My son wanted to try it, so I figured I would test it first, following the instructions to place it against the wall. It actually IS THAT EASY! My neck is fine, the stand didn’t tip over, and I was able to go inverted quite easily. You still have to be careful on the “dismount”, but that goes without saying, and go into the child’s pose right after to make sure you recover well from being upside down. This is a great product! They should add what the extra cushion is for to their instructions. I had no idea until I read another review (it is for your knees when you come down). :)

This headstand is great. It is very sturdy and well made. I brought it along to my yoga class and everybody managed to get themselves in to a headstand (some with a little assistance, lifting the legs up to the wall). It takes the pressure off the neck and it feels comfortable on the shoulders (padding of cushion is good). I use it every day and I love it! Also, it comes with a ten year warranty, it is a great piece of kit! There are other headstand aids out there, I did shop around and I am very very pleased with my purchase.

I want to learn how to do headstands and this thing makes me feel like superwoman! I don’t really have much upper body strength but on my first try I was able to lift and support myself. I also loved how easy it was to assemble, I can’t wait to see my progress in the next few months !

Sturdy unit, works really well.

Very stable. Feels secure. Much better than doing head stand on your head as the neck is free to lengthen rather than be scrunched up if you get the angle wrong!
