Depression Ear Seed Kit - 120 Ear Seeds, Stainless Steel Tweezer

I ordered these, and have been quite satisfied. They are made by a small family business, which I love to support. The instructional card showing ear placement is clear and easy to understand. There is also information about the purpose of each placement. I am a firm believer in the power of ear seeds- whenever I start feeling overwhelmed and heading down the road to depression-town, I rub on some of the seeds, and it really grounds me and gets things moving throughout my body. The seeds are good quality, and the adhesive is strong. It's so good- I just have to make sure that I pull all my hair back from my face/ears when applying them. It was awesome to have the tweezers too. I like that a representative reached out from the company to offer customer support if I needed it and to provide some personalized tips.

Depression is a serious condition and it should be treated as such. With that being said the Depression Ear Seed Kit is very effective at calming the mind and easing the spirit. As an acupuncturist who specializes in anxiety, stress and depression I always use this kit with every patient that comes to my clinic with emotional challenges. I would without doubt recommend this kit along with other treatments to help address depression.
