I was sneezing and had a runny nose, which is a sign of a cold coming on. I took one packet and dissolved it in a cup of cold water and drank it. Great product! I have this on a subscription delivery order. The last two orders had packets that were damaged in packing or shipping and arrived with a few inedible. This last order had six packets that were hard not edible. Submitted claim to amazon and waiting for a response. Wish to have an order sent free of charge.

Usually great, but our last order has had quite a few packets in both boxes that are hard. They don't dissolve well when they are not powder-like. The product does work well. Just disappointed in the defective packets. Expiration date is April 2027
