Here is how to make connection secure
Saw some people saying this connector is not compatible and cannot plug securely , try your old connector. I bet it won’t plug properly either. After some research, I found the reason and solution. There are 6 metal connectors, all male type from the motor. On the fridge side, also 6 metal connectors but all female type. The issue is those female connectors are too tight so that the male connectors cannot plugin by hand. That is why even your old motor won’t plug properly either. The solution is fairly simple: get a small screwdriver or nail, poke each female connectors and make it slightly bigger. You’ll find that both your new and old motors can plug easily and securely.

Ge psw26lsrdss
This fit my GE profile refrigerator model psw26lsrdssI also replaced the 2 round bushings aka grommets while replacing this fan. The grommets are about the size of USA quarter coin. The grommets support the fan in the metal housing. The length of wire was exact match as old fan for my model number.Advice: take your time disassembleling the inside of the refrigerator to get to the fan. And take pictures. And label the screws. Each different model refrigerator seems to have some different puzzle combination to take apart.....but you should never have to "rip' something out. There is always a magic combination to disassembly.I don't know if my occasional fan noise was old grommets or worn out fan. But the time it takes to disassemble and reassemble, it was worth it to me to just knock out both.

Save a call to the appliance store!
Perfect fit for our refrigerator. Had our freezer up and running again without having to call an expensive repairman. Received the part next day which was faster than appliance store could order part for way cheaper!

Amazing value!
Picked this fan up to replace the original on my refrigerator for what you would expect to pay for a straight forward dc fan. . I can’t believe that the GE appliance store wants $140 for a a fan and what appears to be an attached thermal fuse. This was a fairly simple install after following a YouTube video. My only complaint so far and many have said the same is with the connector. I would give a higher review but this is a significant issue. So the two molex connectors fit together but will not lock in place. The design of the locking clips was not a perfect match but will still make a decent enough connection. Also I read complaints about the plug not working at all but after looking at the plugs closely it will only fit together if you line up the plug pattern correctly. Some people mentioned removing the plug and using the oem. You can do this however make sure you have a molex pin extractor tool or risk damaging the pins.Hopefully the manufacturer can make a minor modification to the connector.

Direct replacement.
This went into my G.E. side by side. Was an exact direct replacement of not only the freezer coil fan, but the thermistor, seal and plug as well.

worked for almost a year and a half
Worked for almost a year and a half before it started making weird noises and only working intermittently.

worked fine
Fan was blowing in right direction (hard to check!) Easy install. Improved performance over the old version with no fan.Tip: the unit has two vents right at the top, left and right. One vent is blocked, the other is open. I swapped the open vent insert from the old unit with the closed vent from the new unit, ending up with both top vents open. To do so, I had to use a pair of cutters to trim the tab. Temperature ended up to be plus or minus 1 deg from the top shelf to the bottom veggie tray. Not bad, no more frozen vegetables.
